Active Ingredients
Human epidermal growth factor (EGF)
Human epidermal growth factor (EGF) is a protein that promotes the growth of epidermal cells. The continuous growth of new epidermal cells results in pushing and gradual shedding of the surface dead skin layer. This replacement step does not only keep soft and smooth, but also promotes the metabolism of various skin cells. Which is important for continuous restoration and moisturizing the skin, thus resulting in anti-aging and anti-wrinkle effects. EGF is known as a ``Beauty hero`` in the skincare market.
Human basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF)
Human basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) is a dermal protein, which acts to stimulate dermal skin cells to produce collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid, therby keeping the skin more moist, more resilient and supple. Consequently, the skin quickly regains its firmness and elasticity, thus making lines and wrinkles less visible.
Although some skincare products or treatments in the market contain EGF as an active ingredient, most of them do not contain EGF and bFGF at the same time. The bFGF employed as an active ingredient in MEPT is produced by our proprietary technology. This invention achieved a breakthrough in the skincare industry to result in products that can restore and enhance the youthful appearance of our skin.
